For nearly a decade, Erica’s project leadership and management firm, SparkPath Consulting, has supported companies in bringing their critical, complex initiatives to life and managing change. Through her grace and authenticity, she permits others to be themselves, creating engagement and becoming the team’s superpower. Similar to how Erica helps corporate America shepherd ideas and initiatives, in her SparkPath Healing practice, she gently carries your sacred focus to fruition through spiritual growth, self-exploration, and healing from within. SparkPath Healing is built on her belief that it’s possible to live consciously in alignment with yourself and for yourself. She is skilled at holding an unwavering ground for you to open your heart and observe your inherent wisdom. Following a path of compassionate inquiry, she invites you into deeper layers of your consciousness where you release traumas and safely embody your essential wholeness.
